Closed plugins
When WordPress.org closes a plugin, its listing stops returning data from the public API the same day and the record simply disappears. These pages keep the last known-good snapshot.
WordPress.org does not publish a reason when a plugin is closed. None is inferred here: a closure is recorded as an observed absence, nothing more. A plugin is only marked closed after it is missing from three consecutive daily passes, so a transient API failure cannot produce one.
